We offer orders of $500 or more Free Shipping. Free shipping promos always exclude Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories. Free shipping excludes custom labels, label application, banners, or pallet orders of any single SKU. Free shipping can not be used on previous orders. Any returns will be charged initial shipping costs.
We ship UPS, USPS, and FedEx. While we guarantee you get exactly what you ordered, we can not guarantee the timeline of when the order gets delivered to you.
All orders are shipped from our Warren Michigan warehouse. If you order before 2:00 PM EST you will get Same Day Shipping!

Please note that while you may have chosen a specific shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx) for your order, there is a possibility that we may need to utilize an alternative shipping provider. Any orders that are shipped to a freight forwarder, must be paid for by wire transfer. Once the wire has cleared, we can ship to your freight forwarder.
All discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Damaged or used items are not returnable.
We do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Any Items Smelling of Cannabis Will Not Be Returnable
All custom machine orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, if orders are cancelled prior to shipment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
