United States Typically, if an Expedited shipping method is selected and your order was placed before 3:00PM EST, your order should be processed and shipped the same business day. Exceptions do occur that could possibly delay your shipment. Same day shipping is typical, however, under extraneous circumstances based on warehouse volume and successful fraud protection your order can take time to fully process and ship.

Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST). Most orders that are placed before 3:00PM EST, will ship the same day, however, under extraneous circumstances, based on warehouse volume, it is not a guarantee.

Pallet orders may take an extra business day to process shipping.

You will automatically be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow twelve (12) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
